First picture shows that last years release of a beetle called Mecinus janthinus on Dalmation toadflax in the Lakes District area was succesful as we found bugs had emerged this year.
Second picture shows a release from this summer of a beetle called Larinus planus on Canada thistle in the Lakes District.
Third picture shows another beetle, Chrysolina quadrigemina, that was being released on St Johns wort in the Skeena area earlier this year.
