Description

• annual herb that grows 0.2 to 1.0 m tall
• stems are stiff, simple to loosely branched, strongly stiff hairy with backward-pointing or spreading hairs
• basal leaves are egg shaped, shallowly round toothed, pinnately out, smooth to sparsely hairy; stem leaves unstalked, reduced
• flowers are pale yellow
